There is always something going on in our lives. We find ourselves constantly fighting to get done all the responsibilities we have to attend to.
It can be so overwhelming when we have so much on our plates.
Seems like every time you finish something, something else comes up. We get to the point where it's so overwhelming that we may become depressed. You feel like everything is against you. Life just won't stop.
We have to be able to recognize when we are getting angry easily, becoming more edgy, and working ourselves up about the little things.
When we get in this state it not only hurts us, but everyone around in our lives. There's so many ways we can help handle our stress.
Try to take some time for yourself every once in awhile. It's okay to take a break. Regroup yourself on who you are, and all the good things in your life. Count your blessing instead of your problems.
Remember that there is a purpose for every season. Stressing only
creates more problems.
Let yourself believe that something good can come out of every little
thing you do.
You can't be all God wants you to be if you're constantly depressed and
overwhelmed. Let Him have all control of every little thing and He will go above and beyond anything you thought possible.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
